The Institute for Statistics Education at has partnered with several universities to provide you with opportunities to receive academic credit. (currently updating)

offers a BS in Data Science and Analytics using courses. To learn more about the program, you can look at both of our sites:



Rowan University accepts the following for course equivalencies:

  1. Analytics for Data Science Online Certificate allows students to waive two Rowan courses: DA 02505 Data Mining I (3 credits) & DA 02605 Data Mining II (3 credits)
  2. Programming for Data Science Online Certificate allows students to waive two Rowan courses:DA 02505 Data Mining I (3 credits) & DA 03505 Data Quality & Web Text Mining (3 credits)
  3. Course Specialization Text Mining & Analytics allows students to waive one Rowan course: DA 03505 Data Quality & Web Text Mining (3 credits). Students completing the Course Specialization with would have their elective satisfied of Rowan COGS.
Rowan has a full M.S. Degree in Data Analytics (30 credits) where the above equivalent courses would all count toward the M.S. Degree
Rowan a Certificate of Graduate Study (COGS) program in Computational Data Analytics - students completing your certificates would be halfway to Rowan’s COGS in Computational Data Analytics. Data Warehousing and Visualization will be offered online in the future.
